Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely not! This is the most common myth in yoga. Flexibility is a result of a consistent practice, not a requirement to begin. Our classes, especially Hatha Foundation, are designed to meet you exactly where you are. We focus on safe movements that gradually increase your range of motion over time. Your journey is about progress, not perfection.

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely without restriction. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your practice. We are happy to provide high-quality, sanitized mats and all necessary props (blocks, blankets, straps) completely free of charge. However, you are always welcome to bring your own mat if it makes you feel more at home.

Our "Hatha Foundation" class is the perfect starting point. It moves at a slower, more deliberate pace, allowing you to learn the fundamental poses and principles of alignment in a supportive setting. "Restorative Yoga" is also a wonderful and gentle option if your primary goal is relaxation and stress relief. Both classes offer a fantastic introduction to the Aetheria community.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure a safe and peaceful experience for all our students, we have a strict policy of not admitting latecomers once the class has officially begun. The initial moments of class are crucial for centering and warming up. We kindly ask that you aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early to give yourself time to settle in without rushing.

Yes, we do! Private one-on-one or small group sessions are a fantastic way to accelerate your learning and deepen your practice. They are perfect for working on specific goals, refining your alignment, or receiving personalized guidance if you are recovering from an injury.
