Find Your Perfect Class

We offer a diverse schedule of classes designed to meet you where you are, whether you're seeking a powerful workout or a moment of quiet reflection.

Our Teaching Philosophy

Guidance, Not Dogma

At Aetheria, we believe that the best teacher is the one that awakens the teacher within you. Our instructors are not just leaders; they are experienced guides dedicated to helping you explore your own body and mind with curiosity and compassion. We focus on providing clear, accessible instructions rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy and yogic tradition.

Our philosophy shuns a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we empower you with knowledge and options, offering modifications and variations that allow you to customize the practice to your unique needs. We encourage you to listen to your body’s wisdom, to rest when you need to, and to challenge yourself when you feel ready. Our goal is to create a safe, intelligent, and inspiring practice that fosters sustainable well-being and a lifelong love for yoga.

Our Signature Offerings

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Classes are built around creative and intelligent sequencing, creating a moving meditation that builds strength, increases flexibility, and cultivates a deep sense of focus and presence.

What to Expect: A continuous flow from one posture to the next, guided by the rhythm of your breath. Expect to build heat, sweat, and leave feeling energized and clear-headed. Music is often used to enhance the experience.
Who It's For: Suitable for all levels, with modifications offered. Ideal for those who enjoy a more athletic and creative style of yoga.

Hatha Foundation

Hatha Foundation

This class is the perfect entry point for beginners and a wonderful opportunity for experienced students to revisit the fundamentals. We move at a slower pace, focusing on the core principles of alignment in foundational yoga postures (asanas).

What to Expect: A clear, step-by-step approach to classic yoga poses. You will learn how to engage muscles correctly, protect your joints, and connect with your breath in a meaningful way. Poses are typically held for several breaths.
Who It's For: Absolute beginners, students recovering from injury, or anyone looking to build a strong, safe, and intelligent foundation for their practice.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga

A practice of profound relaxation and deep healing. In this class, the body is completely supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing you to gently release tension in your muscles and connective tissues without any effort.

What to Expect: A quiet, meditative atmosphere. You will hold just a few gentle poses for extended periods (5-15 minutes each). The focus is on calming the nervous system and cultivating a state of active relaxation.
Who It's For: Everyone. It is especially beneficial for those experiencing stress, fatigue, anxiety, or recovering from illness or injury.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga

An energetic, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa yoga. This class is designed to be a challenging full-body workout that will make you sweat, build cardiovascular health, and improve muscle tone and endurance through a vigorous and dynamic flow.

What to Expect: A fast-paced, powerful sequence with less time spent on alignment cues and more focus on continuous movement. Core work and strengthening drills are often incorporated.
Who It's For: Intermediate to advanced students who are comfortable with Vinyasa flow and are looking for a physically demanding practice.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

A quiet, contemplative practice that complements the more active (yang) styles of yoga. Yin targets the deep connective tissues of the body—ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks—rather than the muscles.

What to Expect: A slow, meditative practice where floor-based poses are held for longer periods, typically 3-5 minutes. The focus is on finding stillness, applying gentle stress to the tissues, and observing the sensations that arise.
Who It's For: All levels. It is particularly beneficial for athletes, runners, and anyone looking to increase flexibility, improve joint health, and cultivate patience.

Mindful Meditation

Mindful Meditation

This class is a dedicated space to train the mind. Through guided instruction, you will explore various mindfulness and breathwork (pranayama) techniques designed to help you quiet mental chatter, enhance your awareness, and reduce stress.

What to Expect: A seated or lying-down practice with no physical exertion. The instructor will guide you through different techniques for focusing your attention, observing your thoughts without judgment, and cultivating a sense of inner calm.
Who It's For: Absolutely everyone. No prior meditation experience is necessary. This is a vital practice for a balanced modern life.

Private Sessions

Accelerate your progress with personalized, one-on-one instruction. Private sessions are tailored to your unique goals, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

Work on specific poses, address physical limitations, or simply enjoy the luxury of a class designed just for you. It's the most effective way to refine your alignment and deepen your understanding of the practice.

Prepare for Your Practice

What to Wear

Choose comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move without restriction. Form-fitting attire is often helpful for instructors to check your alignment.

We practice in bare feet to ensure a stable grip on the mat, so no special footwear is needed. Simply wear something that makes you feel good and ready to move.

What to Bring

We provide complimentary, high-quality mats and all the props you'll need. Just bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and an open mind.

You are always welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. We have cubbies to store your personal belongings safely during class.

Arrival & Mindset

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and settle onto your mat without rushing. This is your time to disconnect from the outside world.

Take a few moments to breathe, set an intention for your practice, and leave your daily stresses at the door. This simple ritual can profoundly shift your entire experience.

Studio Etiquette

To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all members of our community, we kindly ask that you arrive at least five minutes early for your class. Please silence your mobile phone and store it with your belongings in the designated cubbies before entering the practice space. This helps maintain a serene, distraction-free atmosphere for everyone.

Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances or perfumes as some students have sensitivities. It is also important to maintain a quiet atmosphere within the practice room before, during, and after class. By honoring these simple guidelines, we collectively create a beautiful sanctuary where everyone can fully immerse themselves in their practice. Thank you for your cooperation in preserving this peaceful space.
